The musubu project has created a mobile kitchen to serve onigiri in a variety of locations.

From this concept, we spent a great deal of time designing how minimalistic the specifications should be.
The goal was to have the same level of supply ability as a food truck, but everything would fit in a mini car. After much trial and error, we finally made version 2.0.

Equipment boarded for the first time and fit the car phenomenally.

With our mobile kitchen was presented at Japan Market Event in Berlin, Germany May.5.2024, and introduces our fresh made Onigiri with lots of different fillings. we also gave a class, '' Do It Yourself - Onigiri Workshop''.  All participants enjoyed very much and with great vibes made all our staff so happy ! 

As we said, this mobile kitchen is made for mobility. Although we are based in Berlin, we are flexible to come to your town if you have specific idea of event.
